The Bruneseau district designed by our team is the winner of the call for innovative projects "Inventer Bruneseau", launched by Semapa in 2017 around the "Périphérique" ring road (Quai d'Ivry)
The new district Bruneseau develops a human and urban intensity in the immediate surroundings of the ring road, around a public space extending the Avenue de France towards Ivry, while sliding under the infrastructure. The project proposes a coherent and harmonious architectural sequence, alternating high rises and low constructions, implanted along this new axis and the Seine. YTAA will be building the 180 meters high housing tower. Built massively wood, the district also anticipates the goal of Paris in terms of carbon neutrality.
